\u26a1 Programme Opened \u2014 and Closed \u2014 at Record Speed
The LIAA programme \u201cSupport for Process Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence Solutions\u201d was:
\u2022 Opened: 21 July 2025
\u2022 Closed: 7 November 2025
This means the programme was active for only 3 months and 17 days, until the funding was fully exhausted.
This is one of the fastest-closing LIAA support instruments in recent years \u2014 and clear proof that entrepreneurs are rapidly investing in digitalisation and AI solutions.
\ud83d\udcca Demand Exceeded the Available Budget by 37%
\u2022 Available funding: \u20ac18.55 million
\u2022 Applications submitted: \u20ac25.5 million
\u27a1\ufe0f That is +37.4% more than the budget available.
Businesses clearly demonstrated that the need for digitalisation support is far greater than the resources currently offered.
\ud83d\udd52 Comparison With the Previous Digitalisation Programme (2023\u20132025)
Before the AI-focused programme, LIAA implemented the support instrument
\u201cSupport for Process Digitalisation in Commercial Activity\u201d, which:
\u2022 Started: 2 June 2023
\u2022 Closed: 17 June 2025
\u2022 Duration: 2 years and 15 days
\u2022 Budget: \u20ac33.5 million
That programme ran for almost two years, with the budget spent gradually.
In contrast, the new digitalisation + AI programme:
\u27a1\ufe0f closed ~7 times faster,
\u27a1\ufe0f had twice smaller funding,
\u27a1\ufe0f yet received significantly higher demand.
